Read that again. Especially in place of an internal source.
To outsource your life is to live your life from the outside in versus the inside out. It's to make your decisions based on what you think will gain you the most amount of validation from the most amount of people. Unfortunately, gaining this type of approval is what keeps most people living an extremely watered-down version of what their reality could actually look and feel like.
An outsourced life looks like accepting the template that was already set in place upon taking birth. It's a combination of the expectations of family and friends. It's the not-so-subtle attempts at mass conditioning through mass media and marketing. It's the natural fear against ostracization and rejection that keeps invisible shackles around our minds, hearts, and souls.
NOBODY has the authority to tell you what is and is not an appropriate way for you to live YOUR life. Failure and wrongdoing are manmade concepts and one of the main mechanisms of control on our planet. It convinces people that the core of who they are is filthy, dirty, and untrustworthy. Get people to question their own inner compass and connection to their INTERNAL source and you have just created a being that's highly influenceable and easily manipulated.
The real threat to systems that don't have the Human Heart at the core of its importance are those individuals who have learned to take their gaze inwards; those that have learned how to tune upwards and inwards for their direction. And it's only through these individuals that we have experienced time and time again, the most powerful and positive revolutions this planet has ever seen.
